SPECIFICATION WRITING

We will work with you to prepare specifications for your project. We understand the importance of clearly communicating to your supplier your expectations. At the end of this phase, the specification will belong to you and you may quote the project to as many suppliers as you want. If you can find another company to build your equipment according to your specification at a lower cost than us, then by all means - hire them.

TECHNOLOGY

We will evaluate your needs and design tooling, PLC control systems, mechanical equipment, fixturing and/or simple software solutions to help you accomplish your goals. As a standard practice, we will write your equipment or service specification considering your requirements and protection needs as a purchaser - with your input obviously. Your necessary quality system documentation is also provided with new processes, if applicable.

We have a standard line of packaging equipment, but also can provide you with customized solutions. We have successfully delivered and installed equipment all over the world. Our after the sale support is excellent, but rarely needed.

PROJECT COMPLETION

We understand that many companies have an ongoing list of projects. Many of which could drive vast improvement to the profitability of the business. However, often times the distraction of the day to day routine prevents these projects from getting done. Our staff is objective focussed and can complete those projects for you quickly. The cost of going outside will quickly be returned as a result of the efficiency and accuracy improvements realized.
