Printed Material Transfer

Cycle: Up to 60 feet per minute

These conveying systems are designed to transport printed material from large off-set presses to automatic stacking and binding systems. With the "Bump-Turn" corner conveyor in the raised position a flexible chain conveyor allows product to be conveyed through the 90 degree turn in a continuously overlapped condition. When in the lowered position (shown) the corner unit causes product to be discharged from a short conveyor onto a perpendicular conveyor. This repositions the printed material before entering the automatic stackers and binders.
