Cycle: Upto 25 Packages Per Minute

This automatic nail packaging machine incorporates a vibratory parts handling system (FMC Corp.) developed to transfer up to 2400 nails per minute. The nails pass through an escapement track where the operator may select a specific nail count per bag. The vibratory system includes a variable speed control to adjust for the required feed rates. The bagging operation utilizes a form/fill & seal forming head from Formers Of Houston. Bagging material is drawn from bulk roll stock. This machine can deliver upto 25 filled and sealed bags per minute. Nail counts may be adjusted from 5 to 150 nails per bag.
