This application required applying electrostatic paint to product as it is conveyed through the paint booth.  The operator will select the product number and color from a touch panel then activate the system.

A product sensor will activate the operation only when a product is present.  The paint gun will track the part movement (right to left) while moving up and down to match the size of the part.  The gun will also move toward or away from the part in order to maintain proper distance.
