Jeff Hadley President and Founder
Jeff started Hadley Design with a vision of providing innovative solutions to unique customer applications. He co-founded Hadley Design with his father over 15 years ago. Since that time, he has served customers worldwide. Mr. Hadley is a certified Fluid Power Engineer, holds several patents and has been honored by his peers with the 2001 Innovative Manufacturer of the Year award. The products portion of this website provides numerous examples of his creativity and technical abilities. He is a member of the National Fluid Power Association, Society of Manufacturing Engineers and serves faithfully in his community. Jeff is also a licensed pilot and enjoys both competitive and recreational sailing during his time away from the office. Jeff received a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, BSMET, from Oklahoma State University.
April Jorgensen Operations/Project Management
April comes to Hadley Design with over 10 years of manufacturing experience. She has developed excellent skills managing project-oriented operations in a variety of industries. Over the years, she has specialized in process development, quality systems and project management while continually building on fundamental knowledge gained through various opportunities. Specifically, some of her previous experience includes manufacturing process and product development for the automotive industry, as well as product quality management for the health care market. A large portion of her experience involved specifying and purchasing automated equipment similar to what Hadley Design has to offer. That knowledge and understanding allows us to provide our clients with complete solutions from the initial scope development to the final installation. April received a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, BSMET, from Oklahoma State University and regularly participates in continuing education opportunities.
Mike Collins Mechanical Engineer
Mike joined Hadley Design with extensive experience in mechanical and industrial equipment design. He has designed machinery for US military forces, the oil and gas industry, as well as medical services. His work has been recognized and published by companies such as Texas Instruments and TK solver. That work includes, but is not limited to, programs written for engineering evaluations for a variety of applications. One of his most recent accomplishments includes the development of a proprietary design based upon vibration studies for reciprocating natural gas compressor packages using Hemholtz resonators. His mechanical design skills, as well as his solid modeling experience, provides Hadley Design with the capabilities necessary for any project -- small or large. Mike earned a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering technology, BSMET, from Oklahoma State University in 2001 with an emphasis in advanced thermodynamics and machine design.
