Various Long Length Product Indexers

This indexer is used to transport various lengths of trim stock across a label applicator station. The label is printed and applied with 1/16" accuracy to the bottom side of the stock. Features:
- Stock widths up to 6 inches
- Stock lengths up to 10 feet
- Adjustable product positioning rails
- Variable speed continous motion

| This system uses various Flexlink drives to index and convey door mouldings. Also included is a method to insert nail packs and apply product specific labels. Indexing controlled via servo motor. |
